We want you to love your Feyabody pieces, but if you need to make a return, we've got you covered

within 14 days of the order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, make sur your item is unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.

Making a return is easy! Just fill out the attached form and include it in your package.

Send your return to the address indicated on the return form.

Please, note that return shipping costs, as well as responsibility in case of damage or loss of the package,

are exclusively borne by the customer. We suggest choosing delivery methods with tracking.

Feyabody reserves the right to decline returns if items arrive in poor condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

 

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original

payment method.

Allow up to 10 business days for funds to be returned to your original payment method, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you’d like to exchange your item, please send it back as a return and place a new order.

Please note that e-Gift cards are non-refundable.

Once an order is placed, your items are on their way to you! Therefore, kindy note that orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Feyabody cannot be held responsible for the disappearance of packages after they have been recorded as deposited by the carrier.
